This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using isolicitude.com, the client, affiliate and administrative portals, and any outreach or marketing features provided by iSolicitude LTD, trading as “iSolicitude”. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Break the law, infringe the rights of others, or upload malicious code.
- Send spam or any commercial message that violates anti-spam law (including CAN-SPAM, PECR, CASL or local equivalents), whether through lead-generation or campaign features. Every commercial email must identify the sender truthfully and honour opt-out requests immediately.
- Contact any address on a suppression or do-not-contact list.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Services without our written authorisation, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service provided to others.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to harass or deceive.
- Scrape or harvest data from the Services, or use prospecting features to target individuals in jurisdictions where such outreach is unlawful.
- Upload content that you lack the rights to, or content that is defamatory, hateful or exploitative.
Enforcement
We may issue warnings, suspend features (including outreach sending), or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report suspected abuse to hello@isolicitude.com.
