This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that iSolicitude LTD, trading as “iSolicitude”, uses on isolicitude.com and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Your controls

On your first visit we ask for your choice before setting any non-essential cookies. You may change your decision at any time via Cookie preferences (also linked in the footer of every page). Rejecting non-essential cookies takes a single click — the same effort as accepting. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal where it applies: when it is detected, the analytics and marketing categories are treated as refused.

Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary — always on

Sign-in session cookie (keeps you logged in).
Session-state and anti-forgery (CSRF) cookies (security of forms).
isol_consent — records your cookie choices for 12 months.

Security — always on, disclosed

Google reCAPTCHA v3 on public forms (abuse and bot prevention). Google may set cookies and receives your IP address for this purpose.
Multi-factor “remember this browser” cookie — set only if you choose it during two-factor sign-in (30 days).

Functional / preferences — opt-in

Interface preferences and campaign-attribution continuity.

Analytics — opt-in

First-party analytics identifier (365 days) — pseudonymous usage measurement; IP addresses are hashed, not stored in raw form.
Google Analytics 4 (_ga cookies) — traffic measurement by Google.
Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk, MUID) — anonymised heatmaps and session insights with input masking.

Marketing / advertising — opt-in

We do not currently use advertising pixels. If that changes, they will be listed here and will remain inactive until you opt in.

Embedded third-party content — opt-in

Some pages may embed third-party media that set their own cookies; such embeds load only after you consent to this category.

Consent records

We record each consent decision (your choice, the timestamp and the policy version) as evidence of consent and retain those records for three years after they are superseded.
