These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the affiliate programme operated by iSolicitude LTD, trading as “iSolicitude”. Acceptance of the current version is required to participate, and we record which version you accepted and when.
Participation
- Applications are reviewed, and we may decline or revoke membership. One account is permitted per affiliate.
- You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever you promote us (see our Affiliate Disclosure Policy) and complete the disclosure acknowledgement in your affiliate settings.
Prohibited conduct
- False, misleading or unsubstantiated claims, including any income or results claims.
- Spam in any channel; bidding on our trademarks in search advertising without our written permission; and impersonating iSolicitude.
- Self-referrals (unless we expressly authorise them in writing), fake reviews, cookie-stuffing and forced clicks.
Commissions
- Eligibility, rates, attribution windows and payout thresholds are shown in your affiliate dashboard under your assigned commission plan.
- Commissions accrue when a referred client’s payment clears and are reversed if that payment is refunded or charged back.
- Payouts follow the schedule and threshold shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes due on your payouts.
Suspension and termination
We may withhold commissions obtained through violations of these Terms and may suspend or terminate your participation for breach. You may leave the programme at any time; earned, unreversed commissions above the payout threshold are paid out on the normal schedule.
