- Nova, our website assistant. Chat answers are generated by an AI model. Conversations are stored and may be processed by our AI infrastructure provider to produce responses. Please do not share sensitive information in chat, and you may ask for a human handoff at any time.
- Spam and bot protection. Google reCAPTCHA scores requests automatically to block abuse. A low score may require you to contact us by email instead; no other consequence follows automatically.
- Lead scoring. We may score business leads automatically to prioritise follow-up. This affects only whether and when we contact a business, and it produces no legal or similarly significant effect on individuals.
