This policy applies to testimonials, reviews and other content that you submit to iSolicitude LTD, trading as “iSolicitude”, for publication.
- We publish testimonials only with the recorded permission of their author, and we do not edit them in ways that change their meaning.
- Where a testimonial was incentivised (for example, by a discount, gift or other compensation), we disclose that fact alongside it.
- We do not fabricate reviews, and we do not suppress or selectively omit legitimate negative feedback in review contexts.
- You must own, or have the rights to, any content you submit. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
- You may withdraw permission for your testimonial at any time via our Privacy Request Center, and we will remove it from future page renders promptly.
