This policy explains how iSolicitude LTD, trading as “iSolicitude”, conducts email marketing. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Consent-based lists. Newsletters and promotional email are sent only to people who have opted in. Consent is separate from acceptance of our Terms, is never pre-ticked, and is recorded with a timestamp and the applicable policy version.
- Every commercial email identifies iSolicitude LTD as the sender, provides a valid contact method, and includes a working one-click unsubscribe that takes effect promptly.
- Transactional messages (receipts, security alerts and project notifications) are separate from marketing and continue for as long as you hold an account or have an open matter with us.
- Business outreach is limited to business contacts, honours our permanent suppression list, and is restricted by jurisdiction where the applicable law requires prior consent.
- Managing your preferences. You may manage channels and categories at any time in your account’s Privacy & Communication settings, or via the unsubscribe link in any email.
